Organisation
Which organisation manages this sandbox, and which of its settings that organisation holds
A personal sandbox answers unbound. One an organisation manages answers with that organisation's policy as this sandbox enforces it, section by section, and when that edition arrived. The platform hands the policy over; this is the daemon's own copy, the one that decides which changes to a held section are refused, so the editor locks and hides what the daemon will refuse rather than what the platform last said. A guest may read it: it names the organisation and which sections are held, nothing about anyone.
GET/org/policyWhich organisation manages this sandbox, and what it holds
